Scrambled eggs with a French toast taste.
Ingredients
Directions
- Break eggs into bowl and beat until frothy.
- Add cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- Melt butter in medium skillet, pour in egg mixture and cook until just barely set.
- Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese that is cut into cubes. Stir until there are ribbons of cream cheese running throughout the mixture.
- Separate into servings and top each serving with a little butter and a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup.

I can't beleive that they actually taste like french toast! Small serving for 200 calories but worth it for a breakfast treat!
