Creme Delight

A low fat and nutritious way to unleash the creaminess in your mouth.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put the yogurt in the muslin cloth and let it hang for about 90 minutes. This should drain out all water and you'll be left with creme.
  2. In a bowl, add the creme, sliced strawberry and Splenda.
  3. Using a little low fat milk to soften, whet the mixture with a spoon continuously unless the blend is uniform and grainy in texture. Your creme dessert is ready.
  4. Refrigerate for about 25 minutes before consuming.
  5. Note: do not whet the mix in the blender or mixer.
