I have no idea why I thought this recipe required advocado. SO since I took them out of the freezer I used them. I added an extra tbls of lemon juice, 4 cloves of garlic minced, tsp of sesame seeds and a tbls of oil. I did not have lemon zest. I plan on using it on a cold pasta salad or spread for bread or dip crackers. The mint is great with the advocado.

My husband is a good tester for this one. He loves creamy sauces, mayo etc. and can't tell the difference when I give him this - he loves it.
