Cranberry Orange Relish

Make a delicious dessert or breakfast by stirring in plain yogurt.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice unpeeled orange into eight pieces; remove any seeds.
  2. Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in food processor container.
  3. Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges slices.
  5. Stir in sugar to desired sweetness.
  6. Allow flavors to meld about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
  7. Note: you can make this with sugar substitute, like Splenda lowering the calorie count.
