Coconut Cookies

A sweet treat that you can eat in moderation.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cream together the butter, powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  4. Stir in the coconut and make form into dough.
  5. Bake in oven at 350 °F (175 °C) until done, about 8-12 minutes.
  6. Dust cookies with a white sugar for a nice coating.

No flour, lighter on the butter, and no sugar, otherwise, it'd be ok for phase 1 of sbd.
