Directions

  1. Cook chorizo.
  2. When chorizo is thoroughly cooked add the eggs.
  3. When egg and chorizo mixture is cooked to your liking and the shredded cheese.
  4. Enjoy.

Reviews 
I love this. The chorizo gives it a nice little spicy kick. The only down side is that I won't eat it too frequently due to the fat content. One note: I only use Gaspar brand chorizo; the flavor is great.
