Chocolate Bliss Bites

Low calorie mini chocolate cookies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine unsweetened cocoa, salt and 1/4 cup of the sugar.
  2. In large bowl, with an electric beater, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  3. Beat in remaining 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 a tablespoon at a time, until meringue is glossy and stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in cocoa and vanilla.
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoonful 1" apart on baking tray and bake until done.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar.

Reviews 
It looks good, but we don't know how long to put it in the oven for or what temperature. Also, this claims to be under 5 carbs per cookie, but it's 80% carbs. I don't believe that is good for anyone on an Atkins or Ketogenic type diet.

the second ingredient is sugar....not good for Atkins.
