Chili Con Carne Y Frijoles
Beef chili with lots of fiber and goodness.
Ingredients
Directions
- Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic with oil until onions are soft and golden brown.
- Add ground beef. Cook throughout.
- Add chopped green peppers and chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper. Cook until soft.
- Add corn (already boiled and off the ear).
- Add crushed and stewed tomatoes and water. Add beans. Bring to boil.
- Add seasonings, add and subtract based on personal preference.
- Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and/or chopped white onions.
