Chicken with Garlic & Parsley

Skillet seasoned sautéed chicken pieces.



  1. Cut chicken in to cubes, pat the chicken dry with paper towels and toss with the flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken 3 1/2 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Add the garlic, parsley and butter.
  5. Sauté 1 minute and stir to coat the chicken with the pan sauce.

A tasty recipe. Make sure to use a bit o' water in the pan after finished cooking to get up the drippings to use as a gravy for either the chicken or a side dish. ;)

was very flavorful and i kept chicken whole instead of cutting it into pieces.

Very tasty...even DH enjoyed it. Only thing I did differently was add a little water at the end to create a little more sauce.

Delicious and quick meal. I made pasta as a side with it.
Good recipe! Only for SBD Phase 1, I changed the butter to Smart Balance spread and the vegetable oil to extra virgin olive oil.

this sounds pretty good but I usually just put lo salt soy sauce and minced garlic on my chicken and grill it.Very good that way.
