Chicken Pillows

A yummy snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In large bowl mix cream cheese, green onion, chicken. Add seasoning salt to taste.
  2. Put 1 spoonful in center of each crescent roll. Roll up and pinch edges to seal.
  3. Spray each "pillow" with non-stick cooking spray. Roll in stuffing to coat.
  4. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 15-20 minutes.

Look's yummy - but I think I could easily eat several of these and at 193 calories each this can't be part of my diet.

green onion should be finely chopped...it also helps to crush stuffing mix into smaller pieces to more of a bred crumb consistancy
