Chicken Breast with Apples

A sweet and healthy way to freshen up your chicken breast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut apple into medium size chunks or wedges.
  2. Place apples in a glass microwaveable bowl and add orange juice and Splenda.
  3. Mix together and microwave on high power for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
  4. Cut cooked chicken breast into bite sized pieces and mix into hot apple mixture.
  5. Heat an additional 30 to 45 seconds.
