Chewy Almond Raisin Cinnamon Balls

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a food processor for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Using a teaspoon for portioning, form into 1 inch balls.
  3. Chill for a few hours.
  4. Note: based on a recipe by fANNEtastic food.

I have made these but instead of balls I shaped them into rectangles like a bar. My husband loves them - as do I. Best part? No salt!

these were so quick and easy to make.Great treat. My husband even loved them in his lunch. You do have to keep in frig because they crumble.:)
