Cheesy Breakfast Bake

Low carb bake that is perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray an 8x8 dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook sausage, crumble. Drain. Remove from heat.
  3. Dice up peppers and chop spinach. Add to hamburger. Put mixture into prepared dish.
  4. Grate cheese, put over top of hamburger mixture.
  5. Scramble eggs, pour over hamburger and cheese mixture.
  6. Bake on middle oven rack for 40 minutes, check for doneness. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
