Use FF cream cheese, 1 egg/ white, LF butter & Yes use Stevia. Sounds like a fabulous treat! And I would bake it in my Instant Pot pressure cooker.

Thought this was pretty good for a sugar free, crustless cheesecake. Do not use Stevia. Yuk. I will use Splenda next time. Also, careful on the servings. 1/12 is one serving.

I did not like this very much. I think the splenda was the problem:(

I substituted the cream cheese with neufchaetel cheese(tastes the same 30 less calories per serving)and swapped the sour cream for plain greek yogurt and used 10 ounces cream chhese instead of 16 = 132.50cal 11.2 grams of fat ,0.75carbs,and 4.87 protein per serving if slicing into 6 peices
I'm a diabetic and trying to lose a few Ibs, so this recipe was an awesome find. We all have to treat ourselves sometimes, so this low carb sugar free DELICIOUS cheescake just hit MY spot. Thanks
