Cheddar Drop Biscuits

Yummy drop biscuits made from scratch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Cut in butter until coarse.
  3. Add milk and mix until moist.
  4. Gently fold in cheese.
  5. Drop biscuits on a greased pan.
  6. Bake at 450 °F (230 °C) in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Brush with melted butter and pepper (optional).

They were amazing, even hubby loved them and he hates biscuits! I didn't have cheddar or milk, so I had to use fresh Parmesan and water. I think the garlic powder is what makes them, because they were so good. Thanks for the recipe!
