Directions
- Mix melted butter, vanilla, and sugar.
- Beat in egg, and add flour/carob powder alternately and gradually.
- Mix in or top with chopped walnuts.
- Lightly spray an 8x8" pan with cooking spray. Pour in batter.
- Cook at 350 °F (175 °C) 20-25 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
- Note: agave can be substituted for coconut sugar; add an additional 1/4 cup of flour to compensate for the extra liquid.
