Cabin Chili with Meat

Amazing chili that's good for those cold days. Make a big pot and have leftovers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop onion. Combine in a large pot with beef over medium heat, breaking up meat with a spoon.
  2. Cook until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Use more chili powder to taste if desired.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Serve in bowls with toppings of grated cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and sour cream.
  6. Also can be served over rice or macaroni.
