Butterscotch Bar

A great tasting bar.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat sugars and butter until blended.
  2. Add vanilla and eggs, beat.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder and salt, blend.
  4. Add 3/4 bag of butterscotch chips.
  5. Spread evenly in 8" pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining chips over top.
  6. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 28 minutes.

This was very gooey. The center did not set. Cooked 15 minutes longer, but it still didn't set and I really couldn't cut into it.
