Directions
- Warm a medium sized pan to medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
- Add frozen broccoli and seasoning.
- When heated almost through add garbanzo beans, tomato sauce and cooked brown rice.
- Heat all the way through.

Very quick and easy to make, and delicious to boot - if you make it the night before you need it, the taste gets even better. I served it topped with a salsa from an AHA cookbook made of chopped up avocado, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Definitely a keeper! :)
