Broccoli Arugula Soup

Broccoli, arugula, water and spices soup.



  1. Bring water to a boil with pinch of salt.
  2. Add broccoli and arugula and boil until broccoli is soft.
  3. Allow to cool and then puree in blender until smooth.
  4. Add spices and season to taste. Reheat when serving.
  5. Note: sprinkle tiny bit of cheese or drizzle olive oil on top prior to eating.
