Breakfast Pizza

A hearty and easy to make breakfast meal that will curb your hunger.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C)
  2. Open crescent roll dough and spread on 12" pizza pan. Be sure to seal any seams and holes.
  3. Brown, drain and crumble pork sausage.
  4. Thaw frozen hash brown potatoes, and spread over crescent dough.
  5. Cover with cheddar cheese.
  6. Beat eggs and pour evenly over "pizza".
  7. Cover with grated parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

This is really good, I think next time we will add just a bit of onions and green peppers on top for more of an omlete style.
