When making 50 meatballs, each meatball = 6 calories

Easy to make, freezes well. I'm going to try substituting FF Mozzarella and Feta for the Cheddar cheese, and add some lamb seasoning, then serve in a pita.

Made them a little different, used 1 lb hot pork sausage, 1 lb hamburger and only 2 eggs. They turned out great. Yummy. Will make them again (and again). Thanks for the recipe!

If the fat is a reduced sausage, lean ground beef, reduced fat cheese and egg beaters, great flavor still and much reduction in fat possible

Wow! These are SO VERY good!!! Yum!!!
This is ok, but I thought it was too much cheddar cheese in this recipe. The cheese makes it too salty for my taste. I froze them and used them a little at a time, but this is not something I will make often, if ever again.
