Maybe 1-1/2 cups eggbeaters (that's the equivalent of 6 eggs), but it looks good!!

yes, lose4me.I bet it's 3cups of eggbeaters if it's 6 servings.

I made this for breakfast yesterday. It was eird that the recipe only calls for 1/3 cup of the egg beaters. The outcome was not very fluffy, and wondering if the amount of eggs called for is a typo. I used almost a 1/2 cup and still pretty "flat". Plus I used diced ham instead of sausage. It was still good, but maybe I'll increase the amount of egg again.

Has a good basis, think I will play with this and try it out. Basic principle but different items/brands.

gimme lean is the brand. It's veggie protein that tastes exactly like sausage yet is lower in fat and cals but higher in protein!
