Banana Ice Cream

Healthy banana flavored soft-serve ice cream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut banana into slices and freeze for at least 12 hours (overnight).
  2. Place frozen banana in food processor or blender. Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla soy milk.
  3. Blend until smooth (about 45 seconds to 1 minute).
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Note: you can eliminate the soy milk for a thicker texture. Crunchy peanut butter can also be used instead of creamy.
