Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. Grease bottoms of muffin tins or use paper liners.
  3. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Reviews 
I added about 1/2 cup each of chopped walnuts and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. My husband and I liked them because they are not very sweet. My children did not like them for the same reason.
