Directions
- Slice chicken in half so that you have 4 pieces.
- Spread avocado evenly across the chicken.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of salsa on each piece.
- Wrap each with bacon.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for about 30 minutes or until chicken reads 160 °F (70 °C).

Easy to make. Definitely have to pound the chicken thin to receive best result for wrapping avocado and salsa in.
