Bacon Jalapeño Poppers

Low carb snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (175 °C).
  2. Cut jalapeños in half. Remove seeds.
  3. Soften cream cheese, add cheddar cheese and salsa verde. Stir.
  4. Microwave bacon for approximately 3 minutes or 30 seconds per slice. Cut in half.
  5. Stuff cream cheese mixture into peppers.
  6. Top with half slice of bacon.
  7. Bake 15 minutes
  8. Broil for 2-3 more minutes.
