Directions

  1. Place a 1-liter jug under juice extractor nozzle.
  2. Feed apples, grapes and celery through extractor.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.

Ugh- I wish I had an extractor :(

For 1 serving I changed the amounts to 1 apple, 8 grapes, 1 celery, and added 1/4 cup of Greek-style yogurt for more protein.
