Angel Shrimp Pasta with Creamy Garlic Sauce

A delicious but light dish that will fill you up without putting the pounds on.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the clean and peeled shrimp in a skillet at medium heat.
  2. Add the cream cheese and Italian seasonings and stir until well mixed.
  3. In a 4 quart pot, put water to boil. While bringing the water to boil stir shrimp and add the butter.
  4. Once water is boiling add the angel hair pasta and cook for 7 minutes or until al dente.
  5. Drain pasta and serve on two dinner plates and divide the shrimp mixture on top of both pasta dishes.
  6. Give pasta a light toss and enjoy.

easy to turn this into a lower calorie dish... I used spaghetti squash 1 cup cooked for 75 calories, turns this in to 341 calories!!! MUCH BETTER!

i hate it when people low rate a recipe JUST because it doesn't conform to THEIR diet! Other people are following different diets that DO allow this in every freakin phase!... oh and it's delicious!
