Penne with Turkey

Tasty pasta dish for lunch or dinner.

Directions

  1. Cook penne according to package instructions. Reserve pasta water.
  2. Toss mushrooms in a skillet until brown. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, brown ground turkey and season with spices.
  4. Add mushrooms and pasta sauce.
  5. Once it boils, add 1/2 cup pasta water.
  6. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Divide into 4 servings.
