Bagels

A chewy bread using 4 ingredients only.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix flour and yogurt until well combined.
  3. Cut into 4 equal portions and roll out on a floured surface to the size that you like. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Whisk egg in a small bowl then brush over the formed bagels. Sprinkle bagel seasoning.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
