Directions
- Simmer ground beef in a pan and drain fat. Set aside.
- Wash rice until the water is clean and cook in a rice cooker.
- Sauté onions until translucent, then add ginger garlic paste and jalapeño. Stir well.
- Put in tomato slices and mix well. Season to taste.
- Add cooked ground beef and heat it on high for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
- Stir in rice until everything is combined.
