Greek Salad with Salmon and Shrimp
A tasty dish for Pescatarian diet.
Ingredients
Directions
- Slice vegetables and feta cheese. Put in a bowl together with olives.
- Toss in salad dressing, salt, pepper, and oregabo.
- Heat a skillet with olive oil. Cook salmon in for 3-5 minutes on the first side.
- Flip and cook on the second side for another 3-5 minutes.
- While cooking the second side of the salmon, add shrimp to the skillet and cook until the color changes to orange.
- Remove seafood from heat and allow to rest for a minute.
- Place warm salmon and shrimp on top of the salad and serve.
