- Slice beef and vegetables.
- Sauté beef with half of oil, oyster sauce, salt and sugar. Cook until the color is no longer red.
- Sauté vegetables with the other half of seasonings for 5 minutes.
- Return beef in the pan and stir for a few minutes until combined.
