Broccoli Berry Salad

Healthy dish, rich in vitamin C.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop and blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  2. Slice apple and toss with 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  3. Mix yogurt, honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and poppy seeds in small bowl.
  4. Combine everything in a large bowl then serve.
