Turkey Bacon and Broccoli Egg Cups
Diced turkey bacon and broccoli egg cups, seasoned, and topped with shredded cheese.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray muffin tin with olive oil.
- Mix ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling approximately 3/4 cup full and top with 1/8 cup shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, check center with butter knife to ensure fully cooked.
