Honey Nut Oat Bread

Tasty bread, perfect for sandwiches.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix warm water (110°F), honey, oats, oil and yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Put remaining dry ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well blended.
  3. Add eggs (room temperature) and yeast mixture using a mixer.
  4. Pour the batter in a bread mold lined with parchment paper. Decorate as desired.
  5. Bake on center rack at 375°F for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches at least 200°F.
  6. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before removing parchment from pan. Let the loaf cool completely before cutting.
