Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

Soft and moist baked goods for the whole family.

Directions

  1. Melt butter then beat with egg, mashed banana and sugar.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Combine the two mixtures. Fold in blueberries gently at the end.
  4. Distribute evenly into muffin tins.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 17-20 minutes.
