Stir-Fried Veggies with Chicken

A tasty, low-cholesterol dish for lunch or dinner.

Directions

  1. In a large pan, sauté garlic and onions with olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Add chopped chicken and cook until white.
  3. Add vegetables one at a time, starting with the hardest ones.
  4. Put chicken stock cubes and some water. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
