Granola Bar

Taste great and is easy to make.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Blend granola with peanut butter and egg.
  2. Spread on parchment paper.
  3. Cover with another piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to form large rectangle about 1/4 “ thick.
  4. Use knife to score bars approx 1 1/2 “ x 3”. Should yield 8.
  5. Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 min.
