Protein Pancakes

A low-sugar, source-of-protein breakfast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Add egg whites and 1/4 cup warm water. Mix everything until smooth.
  3. Put a lightly greased pan over low heat and pour the mixture into circles. Cover and cook until firm.
  4. Serve on a plate with desired fruit topping.
