Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a pie pan.
  2. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Add flour and stir well.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella and mix.
  5. Pour into the pie pan and bake for 30 minutes.
