Almond and Coconut Bread

A moist and fluffy bread without refined sugars.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Cream butter and sweetener until smooth while adding one egg at a time.
  3. Add almond milk and vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  5. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until creamy.
  6. Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
