Banana Oat Cookies

Directions

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add oats and chocolate chips.
  2. Form flat balls and place in a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Bake at pre-heated oven at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.

3/4 cup of Oats, One banana, MMMM Chocolate! This sounds GREAT and easy too! I don't have any chocolate :( but I'm going to make a little indent in each and add a little bit of marmalade to a few, and berry preserves to the others. I'll see how that goes and update :) Thanks for taking the time to share this recipe!
