Morning Glory Muffins

A tasty, dairy-free bread with diverse flavors.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Mix dry ingredients together, making a well in the center.
  2. Stir honey, oil, orange juice, eggs, and vanilla together.
  3. Add honey mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well to combine.
  4. Add carrots and raisins.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin cups 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Perform toothpick test. Let it cool then serve.
