Oatmeal Crêpes

A low-fat breakfast to start your day right.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind oatmeal using food processor or blender.
  2. Mix oats, cream cheese, and egg whites together.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan to low medium. Take a ladle of the batter and pour it onto the pan
  4. Cook the crêpes for 1-2 minutes on both sides until the edges are done and the middle is no longer liquid.
  5. Transfer top a plate and top with fruits.
