Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

A creamy, low-sugar dish that is ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to packaging directions.
  2. In a non-stick pan, cook chicken until golden.
  3. Chop onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add to pan and cook until translucent. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add coconut milk, remaining spices, and half of parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. Transfer pasta into the pan of sauce and mix.
  6. Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top then serve.
