4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

Quick fudge recipe.

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl for about 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave.
  2. Add peanut butter and mix together.
  3. Once mixture is blended well, put back into microwave for another minute or until bubbles start forming (from boiling). Carefully remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract, mix together mixture.
  5. Add powdered sugar and mix until well blended. If necessary, use your hands to knead like dough. Make sure powdered sugar isn't visible.
  6. Roll mixture into 3/4-1" balls and let sit until cooled and firm.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
