I can do this!! As a young girl I was always too skinny and could eat anything I wanted. My friends would tell me I needed to gain weight and reminded me how lucky I was to be so thin without having to work at it.

Fast forward: After being in a car accident that left me partially immobile and in excruciating pain, I became very sedentary. Unfortunately, i kept up with my old eating habits of eating whatever I want and gained over 60 lbs.

After years of rehab and hard work I am finally pain free (almost) and able to exercise again. I am slowly getting back to my old routine. It's a challenge to be on a diet. I have to re-train myself as far as food and portion control, but I still love to exercise so that's definitely in my favor.

My goal is to lose the last 35-40 lbs and get back to feeling like me again!
