W00t! Lost 1 pound from my weigh-in tonight! Cheated a bit, but all good!

Well I just got on here, I weighed 315 last week, today I weigh 306, my previous low on my last diet (tho I suspect it was water weight mostly, I been drinking alot and just somehow "voosh!").
Now to finish what I wished I started and try losing 1 lb a day.
Cheat days sunday where I have what ever I want and my main diet mostly consists of.
dry roasted unsalted peanuts
Vegis
Oats
Jerky (gas station nowhere else to eat emergency)
can of tuna
ANY berries
This morning I had
1 cup of blueberries
oats
1 teaspoon of honey
water.
Also had for mid-morning:
celeries
tomatoe
pepperoni roll (Hey, they were giving them away at the office and hadn't had one in a long time xD)
During lunch: Having a can of tuna plus going to gas station for some water.
